Our client a leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry have an exciting new contact opportunity based in Colchester, Essex for a GTS PMO Systems Administrator. This role will be a pivotal role within the GTS organisation, supporting the team as it rapidly expands. The fundamental elements are to manage work intake process & system, support senior management in collating and reporting out on Key Performance Metrics and, moreover, ensuring communication with our internal customers is both informative and timely. The successful candidate will be joining a motivated team to push forward the development of a range of key strategic processes and systems. Candidate Responsibilities Manage GTS work intake processFacilitate the work intake board meetingsRespond to internal clients with quality quotationsServe as a conduit between the customer community (internal customers) and the Work intake boardEnsure follow-up discussions take place and all parties are regularly communicated with.In some cases, you may also be responsible for managing the project all the way through to completion, but only in the case of projects classified as small.Working closely with the GTS Senior Management to develop and maintain performance reporting against key metrics and objectivesSupport PMO manager with financial forecasting and invoicing through management of reporting of the PMO systems data.Generate and maintain work instructions for the processes around the role's key tasksAd hoc duties that may arise from time to time.
