EXHIBITION FREIGHT CO-ORDINATOR - INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDINGOffering a salary of circa GBP22,000 to GBP25,000 per annum depending on experienceWe are seeking to recruit a FREIGHT FORWARDER who has gained experience of working in EXHIBITION FREIGHT OPERATIONS for UK and International Exhibitions, Fairs and Events, handling multimodal operations both Imports and Exports.The role of EXHIBITION FREIGHT CO-ORDINATOR will include;? Co-ordination of UK & International shipment to exhibition and events? Arranging controlling and handling the Import and export of Exhibition freight via Roadfreight, Seafreight and Airfreight ? Liaising and communicating across all levels with customers, exhibitors, suppliers and venues? On-site representation and site management / co-ordination at venues across the UK? Provision of excellent customer service to a wide range of clients? Cost control, budget management and accounts housekeepingThis is an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for a candidate who is outgoing, confident and organised that enjoys working in the Freight Forwarding and International Logistics industry and has experience of handling EXHIBITION FREIGHT.Due to the nature of the role, some travel away from the office will be required for periods upto a maximum of 2 weeks.
