We have a fantastic opportunity for a Middleweight Graphic Designer to join our client's successful business, in Hemel Hempstead. You will be working under your own initiative on a wide range of subjects and across a diverse spectrum of media. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will have experience working in an in-house studio or design agency and have a strong portfolio. Key Responsibilities: To design for a broad range of projects across different disciplines, including: exhibitions and events, advertising, POS, brochures, in-store signage and some web-based activityLiaise directly with clients to acheive approval on artworksAssist with quote developmentTo maintain a high visual standard, ensuring all creative design materials adhere to brand guidelines and company brand valuesTo support the Design Manager in all areas for exhibitions and eventsTo bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team, including a strong market awareness and understanding of current style trends Person Specific: Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar roleKnowledge of print production is essential - large format, digital and litho printFully proficient in Adobe CSAbility to produce print ready artworkAbility to be able to read technical drawings accurately would be advantageousDemonstrate a strong grasp and ability to work to brand guidelinesWork well under pressure and able to prioritise your workloadGreat attention to detail and a good creative eyeSelf-motivated and a strong sense of initiativeStrong written and verbal communication skillsA good sense of humour!
