Our client based on the outskirts of Harrogate is looking to appoint a HR Co-ordinator to work within the administration team. You will carry out a variety of administrative tasks relating the the HR requirements of the various businesses within the group. These will include producing contracts, administering starters and leavers, database maintenance and creating reporting information as required. You will work within a team of Co-ordinators handling a busy daily workload that will involve communicating with the businesses effectively via e-mail or on the telephone. Experience/Knowledge required: Attention to detail and accuracy is essentialAbility to manage a high volume workloadMinimum intermediate level Excel user (creation and manipulation of spreadsheets, data sort, simple formulas) is essentialExperience of using Word (letters, mail merge, tables and reports) is essentialAbility to work well in a Team, be adaptable and open to changeExperience of building good relationships
