SERVICE ADVISOR

Service Advisor GBP25,000 ote per annum We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a stable working background within Customer Service. We are ideally seeking experienced dealership Service Advisor's although we would welcome applications from individuals from other specialisms This could be experience working in Retail Sales, Phone Shops, Estate Agencies or similar businesses. Your key daily duties will be to relay relevant information from the technicians to the customers so a basic understanding of vehicles will benefit you in the role. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonus on top of your salary in up-sales such as Service Plans, Paint Protection, Tyres, Aircon Cleaning, Lights & Levels and additional service related products to consistently keep the dealership's profits and targets up.
