Senior Quality Assurance Associate Microbiology - Hertfordshire Opportunity: My client is a global pharmaceutical / medical device manufacturing company who are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Associate Microbiology where you will provide an effective and compliant release service for my client. This will be achieved through support of the batch review process, release of raw materials and components for processing, release of finished product to market and support for investigations into non-conformances, CAPAs and complaints to maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA (21 CFR) part 820 requirements, through the use of quality investigational tools. This role is focused on microbiology for product bioburden testing, endotoxin testing and sterilisation along with co-ordination of environmental monitoring activities. Duties and responsibilities include: Compilation of release data for finished products, including product bioburden, sterilisation, endotoxin and test results.Collations, review and completion of batch documentation to support product release.Dealing with non-conforming product investigations, NCR, CAPA's and root cause investigations.Internal and supporting supplier audits.Managing sterility assurance activities.Supporting change control activities.Supporting continuous improvement projects. This is a full time permanent job opportunity with a great salary between GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum and benefits including 25 days holiday, Pension, Bonus, Group Life Assurance, Income Protection and many more.
