If you can demonstrate experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, specifically working in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, then you may be the Operations Director that we've been searching for.What will you be doing?As Operations Director, you'll be responsible for the entire operation of the business, overseeing the operational management of two business units. It will be your responsibility to increase the batch size from off specials to mass manufacture, and work towards the upscaling of technical production. Further to this, you will be responsible for sterile manufacturing and owning the product development, as well as overseeing the supply chain management into sister companies. You will demonstrate a strategic flair when driving OE to reduce cost and engineering the positive vision and direction of the business.If you're a strong communicator with the ability to effectively manage a team, then you may be the ideal fit for Operations Director.Who should you be? * A professional with proven project management experience, as well as CAPEX vs Payback experience * An individual who has successfully managed operations within a highly time critical pharmaceutical production environment * A technical talent with the ability to manage multiple areas covering customer services, production operations (both sterile injectable and non-sterile solid dose/topical), warehouse and despatch, logistics, health and safety, business continuity and technical and validation.
