With the recent merger of a Private Investment group and established .Com site, we have funding in place to grow to in excess of GBP50 million turnover within the first 2 years of trading.

The Digital Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging marketing communications to drive customer acquisition and retention. This covers website content, newsletters, app content and all social media. An excellent understanding of the different social channels and what each is best used for is really important.
Key responsibilities:
+ Producing engaging concepts and content for the brand website, app, newsletter, social media and blog posts in order to drive
+ Develop the social media calendar and CRM calendar
+ Manage relationships with external digital agencies
+ Ensure all campaigns/digital marketing activity is completed within set time frames and to managed budgets
+ Bring brand message and stories to life online
Key skills required:
+ Proven experience in social media and CRM communications
+ Creative approach and a flair for storytelling
+ Good understanding of customer journey/consumer life cycle
+ Experience in agency management
+ Team orientated and a hands on approach
+ Passion for digital and social media
