General Operative

I am looking for people with experience of quality checking / inspection in a production environment.My client is a leading manufacturer of premium performance products and apparel used by elite athletes in strength and fitness sports.Having recently moved to prestigious new premises in Sheffield we are working with them to recruit a Quality Control team.This is a key role within the business as these products are used at the highest levels of competition and in front of the media. My client's commitment to quality means that every single item is subject to a full, manual quality control inspection prior to packing and dispatch.The role:*Inspecting products in accordance with quality control checklist*Checking measurements within tolerances*Testing materials within tolerances*Packing products and locating in warehouse*Reporting and providing feedback to manufacturing teams regarding non-conformity*Picking and packing orders*Conducting stock checks You will have:*Great attention to detail*Ability to stay focused*Operate with a high level of concentration*Work well within a team.
