We're currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse in the Bournemouth area.

The Job Role,
The role of Registered General Nurse is to enable each person using the service to lead a fulfilling and independent life according to individual needs and choices.
Essential criteria:
-A person centered approach and an understanding of the needs of vulnerable people
-Knowledge of CQC Care standards legislation
-Registered Nurse - 1st level registration
-Previous experience of care of the elderly
-Ability to supervise, appraise and support staff
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to work flexible
