You may be a Legal Secretary in a different area of law looking for a career change. A keen interest in conveyancing is key as you will be joining the residential property team however, full training in this area of law will be provided. This will be a hands-on role where you will support a team of two experienced Residential Property Solicitors, dealing with a caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions. You may be looking to work in a new area of lawJoin a top 100 Practice and springboard into a new area of lawYou will be a Legal Secretary with at least 6 Months experience in this position. (Residential Property experience is not essential but beneficial)You will work well within a team and be an organised individual.You should have a typing speed of at least 50 WPM.The salary for this role is up to ??25k, plus an industry leading benefits package.
