Credit Controller

 Our client is seeking a Credit Controller to join their busy and successful team

The company offer a market leading range of products and they pride themselves on understanding their customers and adding value

You will need to have recent credit control experience and the ability to use your initiative and hit the ground running

The Credit Controller is required to call customers, follow up on queries and reduce aged debt

• To develop effective relationships with external and internal customers
• Investigating unpaid accounts
• Prioritisation of workload to achieve agreed targets
• Be constantly vigilant of the potential bad debt and to escalate were appropriate
• Monthly meetings with your supervisor/manager to give updates on all accounts and discuss any problems which may require assistance
• Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email
• Liaise with management regarding problematic accounts.
• Any other ad-hoc requests
