Temporary position until end of May. Our growing Revenue department is currently seeking a Data Entry to start immediately to support the Revenue Team with Sub-hire loading and administration. Your main responsibilities will include: Proofing customer documentation to ensure accurateEnsuring all documentation received is saved and filedMaintaining a log of all work carried outMaintaining tracking log of new Sub-hire packs as they arriveData entry of owner details and booking dataAdding/deleting and amending profiles on Sub-hire accommodation in Traveller Reservation SystemUpdating Sub-hire accommodation descriptions and featuresThe successful candidate will: Be able to collate data and produce reports to be shared both internally and externallyHave knowledge of mail mergeHave attention to detailHave the ability to work within a fast paced environmentSound like you?
