Would suit Security/Ex Military/Police/Prison Service/Immigration Service

Status: Self-employed (PAID WHILST TRAINING) COMMISSION ONLY

Training: Full City & Guilds Training Provided including Certification (NO ELC CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED) Samsung Tablet/Laptop/Printer/HD Body Worn Camera Supplied.

Transport: Company Van Available

Pay: GBP30k-GBP60k (COMMISSION ONLY ) Uncapped Earnings and Bonus Scheme (After Training)
Up to GBP380 PW Plus Van Whilst Training.
Job Purpose:
To visit defaulters at the addresses stated on High Court Warrants (includes Liability Orders and Writs) to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.
Key Duties of the Job:
• Operating on a self-employed basis, planning own daily schedule from work allocated by the client.
• Following schedule to visit residential addresses to execute warrants or seize goods to the value of the warrant adhering to client policies and procedures and the legal requirements of the role at all times.
• Account for monies received and control the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and are available on request to justify fees applied.
• Enter reports via appropriate devices/databases in accordance with client requirements and upload media from Body Worn Videos.
• Comply with reasonable audit requests.
• Provide and maintain detailed incident reports.
• Undertake training and development as required by the role in order to represent the client in a professional and legally compliant manner.
• Maintain any vehicle leased via the client and used to carry out the role to the required standards.

• Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment.
• Dealing with difficult people.
• Good interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
• Good numerical and literacy skills, basic administration skills.
• Ability to work to targets.
• Ability to remain calm and confident and to respond logically in difficult situations.
• High level of self-motivation and able to work unsociable hours (between 6am and 9pm).
