PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR
(TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE - LIKELY TO LAST 6 MONTHS)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week
Salary: £14,979 - £17,052 per annum pro-rata
Working as part of a team, you will provide an efficient administration service for the Faculty. Duties will include word processing, filing, photo-copying, updating student records, liaising with awarding bodies, taking minutes, managing a diary system and producing statistical information. You will be required to deal courteously and efficiently with telephone and personal enquiries and ensure accurate messages are taken as necessary, therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
You should possess 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C) or equivalent qualification and this must include Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy i.e. GCSE (A*-C) in English and Maths. You should also have relevant administrative experience within a similar role.
