I currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales-focussed Estate Agent to work with one of Merseyside's most successful property agencies. Based within its city-centre office in Liverpool, you will be a highly ambitious, sales-motivated candidate who is looking for a target-driven role where performance is handsomely rewarded. Coming already from a sales background, you will understand the nature of selling and be extremely confident in your own ability to deliver exceptional results. Within the role, you will be responsible for the entire sales-negotiation process, from initially advertising properties to arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion. You will work to achieve daily targets, and be a confident and results-driven candidate who thrives under pressure. We are looking for a highly professional, well-presented estate agent in Liverpool, and you must also have a driving licence (you will have use of a company car). The basic salary is GBP15,000- GBP18,000, plus on target earnings (OTE) of GBP30,000 and above. Working days will be every Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 5.30pm, and Saturday 10am-3pm.
