Warranty Administrator - BMW MINI

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Administrator to work within our successful and prestigious BMW MINI Dealership in Milton Keynes.This is a crucial role which provides administrative support to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and minimise the risk of warranty audit failure.Additional responsibilities will include: To ensure that all warranty claims submitted comply with manufacturers` published manuals/repair time schedules and all invoices on the warranty debtor accounts are legitimate claimsTo use all resource necessary to prepare accurate invoices for warranty work carried out, including manufacturer systems and AutolineTo comply with manufacturer warranty submission times without exceptionMonitor claim progress through accessing manufacturer systems at least on a weekly basisTo carry out dealership warranty audits in line with the agreed timetable. Prompt action must be taken to resolve issues identified before manufacturer audits take placeMaintain good working relationship with manufacturer warranty departmentRegularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practice across the division Relevant Experience & Qualifications Required Previous experience within a Warranty Administration role in the automotive industry would be desirableHave outstanding administration, typing and data-input skillsHave excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skillsHave high levels of attention to detailBe able to comply with all company and manufacturer`s disciplines and procedures The PersonThe successful applicant will be: Enthusiastic, friendly and helpfulCommitted to delivering an unparalleled level of customer serviceRespectful and courteous to customers and colleaguesResilient with a drive to succeedHonest with high levels of integrity
