Property Lawyer
Property Lawyer (3yr PQE) - City Centre
GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 doe
We are looking to recruit a quality individual with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within City Centre office.
Candidates should have 3 years minimum PQE and knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
* freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
* deferred charges and equity releases
* registrations
* transfers of equity
* re-mortgages
* shared ownership
A background with some Probate Experience or Civil Litigation would also be desirable.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
Salary will be dependent upon experience
