Account Manager / New Accounts

Account Manager is needed for our client, an industry-leading print and design company based in South Kirby, Pontefract, West Yorkshire. They have a talented team of designers and printers who give them the capacity to deliver huge projects and can handle one-off requirements to time critical deadlines. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage their new accounts.

Role:
· Account Management - liaising with clients via telephone/email to progress projects across multiple offices / territories
· Account administration - processing of orders for new/existing clients
· Project Management - ensuring client projects are processed accurately
· Liaising with operations management, the design studio and production departments
Client service focused


Skills / Experience:
· Experience in an Account Management role (at least 1 year)
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organisational skills
· Able to uphold exceptional service and quality standards required by their clients
· Ability to thrive under pressure with the expectation to work to tight deadlines is required
