Inbound Advisor role in Crewe.

Our Client, a successful and growing company based in Crewe are looking to recruit an Inbound Advisor on a 12 month maternity contract. The role will be to join the existing customer services team where they receive inbound calls.

As an Inbound Advisor duties will include:

Liaising with customers both inbound and outbound
Booking appointments for customers
Diary management
Sending out correspondence to their appointment
Ad hoc administration
Providing customer service
Dealing with any queries/complaints
Rescheduling appointments

Skills:

Knowledge of working to targets
Knowledge of providing customer service
Ability to work within a team and individually

8: 00am 5: 30pm Monday to Friday

Salary

GBP16, 500 + GBP250 bonus
