We are currently seeking an experienced CIPD/HRM Lecturer for a 4 month contract in the Taunton area to cover planned absence.
The timetable will be varied will some afternoons and some evening lectures. Pay rate ??18-??25 per hour.
The college provides vocational and specific courses designed to give outstanding training and development for students seeking a different skill set. Additionally day-night courses for higher learning experiences.
Ideal candidate will:
* Have experience as a CIPD / HRM Lecturer
* Hold a recognized CIPD up to level 7 minimum or master degree in HRM
* Able to teach confidently to Level 7 CIPD(Resourcing and Talent Management, Reward Management, Managing Employee Relations)
