Warehouse Manager - Bridgwater Area
Salary: ??22,500 - ??25,000
Hours: 06.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Our client, a rapidly growing company in the construction sector is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead their small and friendly team!
The main duties will comprise of the overall day to day running of the business, including both logistics and warehousing operations. You will be required to motivate the team, drive home continuous improvement, and ensure an outstanding, professional service is afforded to all clients at all times, dealing with issues as they arise.
This will be a predominantly office-based role; however you will be expected to support your teams with manual handling at times. Some of these loads can be heavy so good health is required.
Requirements:
* Prior Warehousing & Logistics Management
* Passion for a professional brand image
* Comfortable getting your hands dirty when the need arises
* Flexible when it comes to working on to meet the needs of the business & to ensure its success
* Knowledge of Lean processes an advantage
