Our client based in Frome is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic ICT Field Support Technician to work onsite in primary schools throughout Somerset and Wiltshire.
You will be part of a dynamic team that are committed to providing first class service to the schools we support.
The majority of your time will be spent onsite supporting primary schools on scheduled visits, you may be allocated in excess of 15 primary schools to look after on regular visits.
You must hold a full UK driving license and live within 10 miles of Frome Somerset.
Essential requirements:
You will be willing to learn and be excited about working with new technologies.
You should have a flexible, organised and adaptable approach to work in a constantly changing ICT environment.
You must be self-motivated and appreciate the School environment you will be working in.
A minimum of 2 year's experience working in the IT Support industry (commercial or education).
The successful candidate will:
*Have excellent technical knowledge in the field of ICT.
*Technical competency with Windows 7, 8.1 & 10.
*Have a basic knowledge of Server 2008/2012 administration, 2016 desirable.
*Demonstrate excellent communication skills with all levels of an organisation.
*Have a problem-solving mentality allowing them to troubleshoot problems effectively.
*Have knowledge of Apple macOS, iOS and Mobile Device Management systems.

Salary for this role will be ??17,000 - ??23,000 per annum depending upon experience this is based on 40 hours per week.
