Acquisitive and expanding, they are now seeking a Head of Marketing to join their forward looking, successful team. Working closely with the Senior Management of the practice, you will lead on all marketing activity, PR and communications for the group, heading up a large team,. This is a strong strategic role, directing the firm's overall marketing plans, focussing on both existing and new client development through marketing and client services. You will have the chance to work closely with all the partners and play a pivotal role in planning and managing many exciting marketing initiatives providing visionary and original marketing ideas. The aim being to further increase the firm's positioning in the marketplace. You and your team will also support and facilitate the development and implementation of marketing plans for each discipline across the firm's various regional offices as well overseeing the annual marketing plan and budget; business development activities as well as further developing the firm's e-marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will be CIM qualified or equivalent with experience within professional services, sectors of interest include legal, accounting, banking or property. However a background within a corporate, B2B environment would also be of interest You will have strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a pro-active, driven approach.
