Our client is looking for an Interim Resourcing Specialist to help support the business with a period of extensive hiring for a period of 6 to 9 months. You will have sole accountability for managing Senior Internal stakeholders to ensure the right talent is brought into the organisation. Other key Accountability's will include:Managing the attraction strategy, from advertising through to direct Search activities.Ensuring that the brand / business is consistently and positively represented throughout the recruitment process. Feedback from candidates regarding their experience during the recruitment process - using this information for continuous improvement. Managing the external facing Employer Brand.Managing the resourcing budget.Supporting Line Managers with creating of Job Descriptions.Manage ATS system and careers site.The successful candidate will have previous experience within a technical engineering environment plus a mix of agency and in-house recruitment. You will be ale to demonstrate experience of, and confidence in networking. You will also possess excellent LinkedIn resourcing skills, and experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and engage with the best external talent.
