Head of Sales/Sales Team Leader

- You have previous experience from a lending background such as Welcome Finance, Provident or similar.

- You are an experienced team leader or advisor, ready to take that next step in your career.

- You have a passion for developing people and delivering great service.

-You have a proven track record for driving sales targets and great consumer outcomes.

The Head of Sales/Sales Team Leader Role:

The role will consist of managing secured and unsecured lending teams and will centre around delivering excellent customer outcomes and business objectives.
