Year 2 SATS Booster Teacher - Shepton Mallet

Are you a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher who is keen to raise attainment?
Working with the current curriculum, could you encourage pupils to aim high?
We are seeking a Year 2 Teacher to work Mornings only 5 days a week delivering Maths and English sats booster classes to small groups of students. There will be no extra planning as this has all been completed by the calss teacher.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
* Experience of teaching the upper Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Proven ability to raise standards and attainment levels
* Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility
Responsibilities:
* delivering 1:1 sessions with small groups of the current National Curriculum.
* Recording progress and setting new goals for children.
* Working with chldren both in small groups and on a one to one basis.
* Promoting equal opportunities.
* Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
