With three product brands using multiple distribution channels, we ensure that we deliver exceptional value to our worldwide customer base.  Our Head Office, manufacturing sites and distribution hub are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We also have operating bases in China and the USA.

We are seeking a part-time finance assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for administering the payroll process for all UK employees. In addition you will assist the finance team with general accounts duties as and when directed. This could include supplier invoice processing, statement reconciliations and sales invoicing.

In return for being flexible in taking on tasks we offer flexibility in hours, with the 20 hours to be worked to suit the successful applicant, subject to the constraints of a weekly payroll.

Required:

  • Sage Payroll experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Accounts experience
  • Punctual, reliable and conscientious
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, but being able to work independently
