Sales Negotiator - Full &/or Part Time Position Available

Join our busy office environment within the sales property market of Bridgwater. We have full and part time positions available with an OTE of ??23,000, Company Car and UNCAPPED COMMISSION The successful candidate will: Meet & Greet customers in a friendly manner in an attempt to build rapport and sales/letting opportunities.Organise viewingsOnce significant training has been completed you will undertake and arrange your own clients viewingsAdministrative duties typical for an office environmentCustomer service driven telephone mannerIdentify opportunities to secure valuations / letting property appointments Your Requirements: Experienced in a sales or customer service background (not essential)Positive AttitudeGenuine interest in property and customer service. Whilst the job will initially be office based, the successful candidate will be required to travel to appointments and undertake viewings once fully trained.
