Clark James Insurance Recruitment have this rare Audit role within the motor claims department of a West Kent based Insurance business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing conduct departmental, business and individual files, system and telephony audits and to identify, and recommend corrective action, to minimise leakage and improve quality
Key Role Deliverables:
- Conduct File and Telephony Audits that will promote accuracy against agreed targets
- Identify and recommend corrective action plans and training of processes to minimise leakage and improve quality to rectify all gaps in knowledge
- Attend regular QA meetings to share best practices, initiatives and report Audit findings and Training updates to team leaders
The successful candidate will already have a detailed knowledge of claims best practice, particularly in relation to effective cost/leakage control, quality, training and compliance. Plus an understanding of all relevant legislation impacting upon motor claims handling and FCA requirements and current FOS rulings, including TCF and Data Protection Regulations
It is essential that you have some audit or similar experience within Insurance and you must have previous experience in PI MOJ claims, AD and PD claims handling.
