Learning & Development/Training Consultant Part time

The brand is synonymous with excitement and best value entertainment. The company are currently seeking a Training Consultant to join their Training/HR Team based in Milton Keynes. The team is small, part-time and very busy. Ideally, they are looking for someone with a proven track record in training who can jump in at the deep end and work on the following areas: Develop existing workbook based training materials/content into e-learning (experience in using an e-learning authoring tool would be a distinct advantage)Maintain the whole online system in terms of training, tracking, reporting and developmentDesign and develop training materials for specific projects/briefsAct as a `back up` trainer for face to face deliveryDay to day organisation and admin of your workAlthough the role is based in Milton Keynes, some travel may be required to our venues.
