Due to continued growth and success this award winning Mortgage broker based in Newcastle City Centre is looking to recruit.
As the UK's largest no-fee mortgage broker, they help thousands of people every year find the right deal on their mortgage and life insurance. The advice given is free and the aim is to make the whole process of finding and applying for a mortgage as simple and as cost-effective as possible.
Their dedication to providing a first-class service has helped them win more awards than any other mortgage broker - including the prestigious Money Marketing "Mortgage Adviser of the year" award a record seven times. They have also been chosen as the mortgage advice partner for some of the UK's largest brands, including Tesco, (url removed) and The Guardian.
With a passion for sales and customer service, you will ideally be a graduate from a financial discipline, although candidates of degree calibre with a strong direct-sales background seeking a challenging and rewarding career will also be considered.
Studying towards CeMap you will be offered training and development to further your career within the mortgage industry.
Working with new and existing customers regarding mortgage queries you will ascertain their needs and requirements enabling you to advise on the most appropriate product available to them.
You will also be in recommending additional products, including insurance and payment protection. You will be adhering to strict financial services regulations whilst also maintaining the standards of the firm.
Working to KPI's this is a targeted role where you will be required to have a strong determination to succeed, the ability to build instant relationships, trust and confidence with the customer, excellent listening skills and the ability to document information in a clear, accurate and specific manner.
To be shortlisted for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience in target-based sales
* A clear CRB and Credit history
* Strong mathematical skills

Shifts are based on rotating weeks
Monday / Wednesday / Friday 9am - 5:30 & Tuesday / Thursday 11:30-8pm
Monday / Wednesday 11:30 - 8pm & Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 9-5:30pm
Weekends on a 8 week rotating basis:
4th week - Saturday 9 - 5:30 / 8th week - Sunday 9 - 5:30
Benefits include:
20 days holidays + 8 statutory days
Pension:
Initially contributing 2% rising to 6% after 18 months
Life Assurance - 4 times basic salary
PHI - after 6 month probation period - 75% of basic salary
