Service Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Service Account Manager to work for a company located in Chippenham. The focus for the role is to provide service excellence and drive customer delight and advocacy through proactive support and engagement of customer needs and issues.

The role will be to support the Senior Service Account Managers in delivering service excellence, to support oversight and business change management, you will also support the Customer Service Team with service escalations and any identified internal or third party service failures.


Duties


To be the primary point of oversight for contractual delivery of service to customers
Assist the Senior Service Account Managers team with customer oversight of contractual delivery of services.
Assist the Senior Service Account Managers Team with business process and change control management
To manage Service Escalations and issues raised by customers or from CSC (Customer Support Centre) and to engage with all internal and third parties to resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
To proactively manage customer reporting for Tiered support customers and any service issues or business changes required.
Liaise / work closely with CSC (Customer Support Centre) and SSAM (Senior Service Account Managers ) Operations and Technical Services on an ad hoc basis as/when required
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant customer information to the customer and internal team where appropriate
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude so that best practise is upheld across the business
Undertaking additional duties and responsibilities as determined by the Head of Customer Support when appropriate to the post and level of responsibility entailed
