Part-time Administrative Assistant Part-Time Administrative Assistant Looking to recruit a candidate to support the Office Administrator in their day to day role. The Ideal candidate will have experience in administration, can work to their own initiative and be confident with their communication. Support with various admin tasks including invoice processing, setting up various new projects, arranging travel, research and helping with meeting preparation. Knowledge of Sage, Excel and ISO would be ideal Candidates need to be highly organised, efficient and accurate. Excellent telephone manner Experience working in an office environment An eye for detail with a can-do attitude The hours for this role are flexible ca per week, however, you will need to be able to cover annual leave and sickness. We are offering this as 2/3 days per week and will discuss further if accepted for an interview. This position will start as a temporary role with the aim to make permanent.
