Foundation Home Loans is looking for a talented leader to lead and manage the field sales team to exceed targets across Buy to Let and Residential Mortgage Lending. Responsible for growing the overall origination sales capability through intermediary relationships; acting as a key contributor to the commercial team providing market intelligence, product opportunities and working closely with the marketing function and internal BDM teams to create a market leading support function to our intermediary customers. Role Responsibilities: Responsible for the field sales team, supporting, coaching and managing them to exceed their targets within their chosen areasWorking with commercial director to build effective targeting and monitoring processesTake lead in analysing, building and delivering solutions based on management information within the businessContribute towards functional strategy development, planning and implementation process to provide input from a professional viewpointTake ownership of key projects that directly impact your area of responsibilityKey member of the commercial leadership team helping to shape and drive strategyAnalyse and identify business needs and opportunities and make recommendations regarding potential courses of action within area of expertiseUnderstand the impact and implications of personal and professional action across the business to optimise contributionEnsure continuing personal and functional credibility within the business by identifying opportunities to maintain, improve and broaden expertisePlan and organise own workload to ensure personal and team objectives and deadlines are metAbility to organise and build content for tradeshows and corporate eventsLead a culture of TCF within own area of business ensuring TCF considerations are taken into account during decision making. Good understanding of the company TCF MI Dashboard and regularly communicate results to team Performance behaviours and skills required: A proven track record for new business generation within the buy to let mortgage marketThe ability to communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholdersAn excellent manner coupled with the skill to reach decision makers and the ability to create and conduct professional presentations, and produces excellent written communicationStrong negotiating and influencing skillsAbility to work to targets and deadlines in conjunction with personal and business goalsKnowledge of the intermediary mortgage market
