A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Environmental Technician to join a UK leading Construction and Land Regeneration Firm in Winchester. Suitable applicants will have relevant site engineering experience and technical knowledge of remediation technologies and environmental risk assessment.
We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic background, preferred subject areas include Chemical Engineering, Geochemistry, Environmental Science, Geology.
Reporting to the project managers and site directors, your role will entail site monitoring, preparation of data reports, supervising site staff, client liaison, project management.
Typical site operations will include earthworks, land quality risk assessments, in situ remediation treatment.
You will be responsible for many aspects of site and office work. Suitable candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and a practical mindset.
The position offers a competitive salary together with benefits.
