IT Digital Transformation Director - ITIL - E-commerce - Omni-Channel - IT Director We are recruiting on behalf of Europe's largest manufacturing distribution company. They are currently going through period of organisational transformation with a large emphasis being placed on bringing the digital area of the business to the forefront of the organisation.This is a genuine opportunity to provide direction to the digital department of a massive organisation as they move into a new phase of the business.Responsibilities: Work with the business to define customer services and supporting processes that can move online. The mandate is to make efficient via digital as many services as practicable.To use established service management principles where practicable to develop standard KPIs and quality measures for on line customer services.Deploy Agile development techniques into the business to support clear business ownership and accountability for services.Define and run, build and deploy activities for group wide customer service centres.Integrate our E-commerce channels with the new customer service centres to not only drive customer self-service but also to facilitate upselling Qualifications: Ideally a Computer science degree or equivalent Skills/Experience: In depth experience of automated channel technologies including voice and systems.Minimum of 10 years' experience in an IT service management environment and minimum of 5 years in senior management within an ITIL framework Extensive knowledge of all aspects of call centres and in particular E-commerce platform integration with these.Solid experience of customer data and the use of CRM technologies to support both service and new sales.Budget management and forecasting Competent in at least one European language in addition to having excellent spoken and written English.Ability to travel Key Competencies: Leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, planning and prioritisation, and problem solving.IT Digital Transformation Director - ITIL - E-commerce - Omni-Channel - IT Director .
