Parts Delivery AdministratorAn interesting post has arisen for a Parts Delivery Administrator working with a leading UK Automotive manufacturing company based in Swindon, Wiltshire who are globally renowned for being at the forefront of their field.As Parts Delivery Administrator you will join the company initially on an Fixed Term Contract basis until June 2018. Your main role will be to support the Parts delivery Coordinators in resolving Delivery Trouble Reports, Processing Non-Conforming delivery concerns and Processing Miscellaneous orders to ensure completion within required timescales. This is a varied and challenging role within a friendly team that offers the opportunity to manage and maintain appropriate processes with our suppliers and logistics partners for the early identification, and communication of supply risk.Your success in this role will be measured by ensuring full production is maintained with this important manufacturing company, through maintaining the correct inventory levels and on-time delivery. Ability to Negotiate stock in plant dates to ensure finished car stock levels are managed effectively.What you can offer us :You will need to be a confident communicator who is well organised and has excellent planning skills. What we can offer you:A generous salary of up to GBP24, days holiday, private medical care, discount vouchers, medical and dental plan, generous pension scheme, childcare vouchers and the opportunity to purchase all company products at a generously discounted rate.Main responsibilities: *Supporting with exceptional order and safety order process for mass production parts*Receiving internal order requests and communicating the request to suppliers*Agree stock in plant date and raise order on the internal system and confirm receipts *Visit and maintain warehouse quarantine and address any non-conforming delivery concerns with suppliers*Support the Management, escalation and tracking of supplier delivery exceptions*Respond to delivery trouble reports from the warehouse - issue to suppliers and confirm corrective actions To be considered for the position of Parts Delivery Associate you must have:*An Awareness of OEM supply chain processes *An Awareness of supplier planning, manufacturing and dispatch processes*An Awareness of quality management systems *An awareness of MRP and or SAP is desirable*An Awareness of the design change and change control processes *An Understanding of parts labelling and traceability systems *Able to work shifts, when required*IT Literate - confident with using Microsoft Excel, word and Powerpoint*Full UK Driving Licence.For further information and to apply please contact Lisa Brassington on or email Omega Resource Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
