This independently owned restaurant group with an excellent reputation is seeking a Sous Chef to work closely with and deputise for the Head Chef in leading a tight and committed kitchen team. This stylish restaurant serves contemporary Anglo-Italian food using the best fresh ingredients, prepared in their open kitchen producing big bold, flavours.

??? Experience of stock management, ordering and stock control
??? Be a strong, inspirational leader with excellent communication skills
??? Experience of volume whilst maintaining exceptional quality
