A fully CQC compliant elderly and dementia care home in a village near Chard requires an experienced Care Home Manager to lead their team.
Applicants should have previous experience as a Registered Home Manager and will be confident in all aspects of the management of staff, budgets, resources and in providing clinical leadership and direction.
Ideally applicants will be registered with the NMC as an RGN, RMN or RNLD; although applicants who have completed a recognised Level 4 Care Management qualification, with experience managing a nursing home will also be considered.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for all areas of the clinical and operational management of the home and will also be required to work as part of the team and deliver hands on care from time to time.
The rate of pay on offer for this full time role is ??44,000 per annum.
