Topcare Network is assisting a small nursing home in the Bath area that are looking for an RGN Or RMN staff Nurse.
As an RGN/RMN we would expect you to: -
- Be the lead nurse on the floor on shifts, directing and supervising staff
- Assess the needs of our residents, and ensuring that their care plans support reflect their needs
- Be a hands on nurse
- Monitoring the condition of residents
- Assisting with resident's needs
- Carrying out treatment plans
The Person
- A Qualified RGN or RMN
- Registered with the NMC and have an active PIN Number
- Have excellent communication, both oral and written
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Leading skills
