Occupational Health Manager, South West, Full Time, ??50,000pa + benefits
I am looking for an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join my client in Bridgewater.
The successful candidate with be responsible for an effective provision of an Occupational Health Service to the Customer. You will be directly working with Divisional Directors and Managers to implement objectives within the company.
You will need to manage the delivery of a high quality, proactive Occupational Health service and provide and central source of Occupational Health expertise to the client. You will be responsible for developing the Occupational Health strategy in line with the clients objectives, implementing and managing change and explore and develop further Occupational Health business opportunities.
You will need to be able to demonstrate strong clinical experience as well as previous management within the occupational health sector. You will need to competent in all aspects of sickness absence case management, health surveillance and fit for work assessments. You will also need extensive Occupational Health experience in a multi-disciplinary organization in either the public or private sector.
You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with a qualification in Occupational Health.
This is a Full Time position, 37.5 hours per week.
Salary up to ??50,000pa + benefits
