Due to our continued success, we are looking for more part-time home-based recruiters or recruitment consultants who can spare between 3 hours and 30+ hours a week to secure and/or fill our client roles - the days and hours of work are totally flexible. Typically if you secure and fill a ??40K role through our resources, adverts, databases you will be entitled to ??2,000.
The role would suit a recruitment professional who wants to work part-time and on a small number of recruitment assignments from home. Leads are often provided from existing clients as well as generating new clients/leads.

As a company with an exceptional candidate network and cv databases with access to approximately 13 million cv's from across the UK covering a wide range of sectors, you will secure financial rewards which are realistic and highly achievable. You will ensure client roles are secured and/or filled with ??500 to ??2000, being genuinely paid per role to our consultants.
Successful candidates will receive total company support, no administration, no fixed hours, no TARGETS, no micro managing, full flexibility to suit family and personal needs. In return, you will handle cv responses, interview candidates and secure new business/ roles regardless of location, salary level or territory in your chosen work discipline.
You will receive the highest standards of training and development, receive support and mentoring by Company Directors who have worked for recognised global brands.
WORKING WITH DIRECT APPOINTMENTS YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE TO:
??? Call and client conversion targets;
??? Low commissions being paid;
??? Working long hours that impact on your personal and family needs;
??? Days or even weeks spent searching for candidates via LinkedIn, and out of date CV databases;
??? Administration headaches or Chasing for payment
