We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Delivery Administrator to join the Mobile Services Team at our Berkswell (Meriden) office. The Clinical Delivery Administrator will play a key role in supporting service delivery to our clients, by providing scheduling and administrative support to our Occupational Health Technicians, and by developing effective working relationships with client contacts. Key tasks include: Planning efficient visits based on client requirements Liaising with client contacts and admin staff to monitor completion of schedules and escalating where schedules are poorly filled Collation of information for handover to screening staff Attending client performance review meetings as required Assist in compiling periodic MI reports Raising monthly invoice requisitions The ideal candidate will have: Strong IT skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal skills In return for the above we offer a friendly working environment, training and development, annual salary reviews, 25 days holiday, life assurance, a health cash plan and a flexible benefits package.
