Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the retail team at East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) where you will manage our new shop in Cherry Hinton.

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

As a Store Manager you will have:

• Previous retail experience where you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and commercial awareness.
• With a hands-on approach, you will have the ability to recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of EACH.
• You will be able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets, with the ability to influence and increase sales and productivity. 
• You will enjoy providing excellent customer service and will have the passion and skill to maximise profits, generate stock through donations and ensure your store meets sales targets.
• You will also have a commitment to promoting awareness of EACH through establishing good relationships within the local community.
• Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience.

As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.

In return for this you will receive a salary of £16,000 to £19,000 per annum.  Benefits include generous annual leave and pension package.
