Responsibilities:

• Production of Goods
• To communicate with your team leader to understand the production plan for your shift
• To be familiar with the correct procedure before undertaking a job, as you are responsible for the quality of your production
• To ensure the products you make comply to agreed standard in regard to: bake, flavour, aroma, colour, size and weight
• To strictly follow recipes and prescribed procedures, in particular production stages identified as Critical Control Point in the HACCP study
• To store goods in appropriate manner with aim to preserve the quality of the product as best as possible
• To alert your manager if you believe any products may not be of sufficient good quality or any unintentional production errors, which may have happened.
• To produce goods in accordance with the Allergen Policy

Stock Management:

• To ensure raw materials and goods made are rotated on a FIFO basis

Quality Control:

• To complete prescribed quality control checks
• To strictly adhere to traceability procedures

Hygiene, Health & Safety:

• To ensure you clean your area to defined standards in accordance with the cleaning rota
• To follow all health and safety guidelines
• To use equipment in appropriate manner, protecting yourself and your colleagues from dangers or prevent damage equipment
• To report any malfunctioning equipment to your manager
