Salary: £7.50ph (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 40 per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8.30am-5pm on a rota basis

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at our Middlesbrough branch to cover maternity leave for approximately 12 months.

As the main point of contact between customers requiring servicing or repairs to their vehicle and our Workshops, this role requires you to provide a prompt advisory and booking service to customers both over the phone and face to face. You will preferably have experience of working within the motor trade or have a strong personal interest in vehicle repairs, as this role requires you to be able to advise customers on minor technical issues associated with their vehicle.

More importantly, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate first class customer care and communication skills as you will be required to liaise extensively with the Workshop in relation to work in progress, ensuring that the customer is kept informed and fully understands what work needs to be carried out and why.

In addition to this you will need to be well organised, have excellent IT skills and possess a full UK driving licence.
The hours of work are 40 per week between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8.30am-5pm on a rota basis. Salary is £7.50ph.
