• Salary dependent on experience and qualifications (approx £80-£120 per night)
  

Our client provides short and long term residential services for young people aged from 11 - 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a therapeutic homely environment. 

They are currently recruiting for a new team of Waking Night Staff (including bank staff) to work within their newest residential home setting in Saffron Walden. As part of a small team, you will be supporting young persons in placement throughout the night.

This new and exciting role will be in our client’s first “pathway planning” home where the purpose of the service is to support young people in a safe environment during a time where the young person’s life may feel chaotic and unstructured, and where previous securities have broken down for them. This new service is based in the countryside of Essex (on the Cambridgeshire border), which they feel will work effectively as a location in supporting potentially very challenging young people.  The home will be assessing the young person’s behaviour, ensuring they remain safe while the assessments and treatment plans are taking place.

Experience in night working with a residential environment preferable
