Retail Sales Merchandiser (Field based)
Covering Essex/Kent area
OTE £22,500 (made up of basic plus commission) + vehicle

Full training is provided with this exciting Field Sales Merchandiser role!
Our client is an established card publisher who is a leading supplier of greetings cards to the retail convenience sector. With an outstanding reputation, they are now looking to hire an experienced customer service professional to build relationships and form new ones with retail stores.
Using the latest invoicing, stock control and route mapping software alongside a fully stocked company vehicle, you will deliver a great range of leading designs to a wide and varied customer base. Full training will be provided for this role and you will be expected to work under your own initiative.
What does the role involve?
• Developing profitable sales within existing and new sites
• Analysing sales within individual sites for profitability and performance
• Introducing and promoting new ranges
• Effectively managing new sites and new site installs
• Managing of stock processes - ensuring that the company vehicle and company sites are correct stocked
About you
To manage your territory efficiently and effectively whilst delivering excellent customer service, this retail sales merchandising role requires you to have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a face to face customer service role
• A full driving licence
• Basic IT literacy
