As a Business Apprentice you will be studying towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons), under the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship standard. For the duration of this 4 year programme you will be given one day per week in which to complete your studies. For the other 4 days you will be working in the business, applying your university learning and gaining a breadth of experience across the function. This programme requires a commitment of 2 evenings per week in order to join the university virtual classroom sessions. We have opportunities available at Thales Alenia Space in Bristol. Who we're looking forWe are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated, committed and keen to learn. A self-starter who is able to manage their time, show initiative and has a genuine interest in Thales Alenia Space. Whilst you will be fully supported to undertake and complete your university studies, this programme does require a personal commitment of study in your own time, in addition to the one day per week that we will provide. Successful candidates will show self-discipline and an aspiration to achieve a degree qualification. You will also need 120+ UCAS points and grade C GCSE in English and Mathematics or:Completion of a Level-3 apprenticeship/professional qualification in a relevant disciplineRight to Work in the UK for the duration of the 4 year programme In line with Thales' Baseline Security requirements, candidates will be asked to provide evidence of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment and/or education history for up to three years. Some vacancies may require full Security Clearance which can require further evidence to be provided.
